The staff were very friendly and always ready to help at any hour of the day or night, yet the breakfast fell short of the richness of Turkish cuisine—no pastries, a limited and repetitive selection of breads, and the so‑called juices were awful, overly sweet with unsettling colors and flavors; the management should stop serving these artificial drinks and offer real fruit juices instead.

The hotel was basic and small, and the room on the first floor let in street and car noise because there was no soundproofing; there was no internal phone, so we had to use our mobile for inquiries. The management turned off the air conditioning for guests, and no staff member helped with luggage. There was no restaurant or café, and if you booked through Booking you would get the worst room available, with no chance of changing it. The safe was broken and its contents were tossed into the wardrobe, which was frankly unclean. Breakfast was very ordinary and not repeatable.

هذه المرة الثالثة التي نختار هذا الفندق للاقامة .طاقم استقبال متعاون و السيد عبد العزيز يتحدث العربية بطلاقة و يتعامل بلطف .يلبون طلبات اضافية عند الحاجة بكل يسر و افطار ممتاز مع خدمة مميزة .و نظافة دورية .بشكل عام فندق كاني في بلدي 👍

This was our first experience with this hotel, and the reception was excellent and very refined; Brother Abdul Aziz spoke Arabic and was a pinnacle of professional, high‑quality service.
