Как гости оценивают отель, аспект за аспектом.

I lost an item at the hotel, and the staff’s attitude and respect for guests were lacking.

“Overall the stay was ok”

Breakfast was okay but could have offered more options; I couldn’t find coffee at first, thought it wasn’t available, but later discovered it outside the breakfast room, perhaps it should be inside and moved outside after service hours.

“Nasty. I didn’t even want to carry my luggage inside because it was so old and nasty”

It’s conveniently located off the interstate, but the building was old and not well maintained.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and there was nothing bad to mention.

“Grateful to have a bed that was better for my back. Most of the stal were kind and pleasant.”

The bed was fairly comfortable, but the floors and air‑conditioning weren't cleaned, and the breakfast food was terrible.
