Ahmed Hussein at the front desk exemplified top‑class customer service—professional, pleasant, and friendly. He responded swiftly to our requests and helped us enjoy our stay despite a few minor glitches. Construction or improvement work should not take place in rooms or hallways during early hours when guests might still be sleeping.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful: the hotel was beautiful, welcoming, and comfortable, and every staff member showed genuine kindness and professionalism. A special shout‑out to Engy—she was truly exceptional, helpful, attentive, warm, and always went the extra mile to ensure we felt cared for. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her thoughtful help made the experience extra special. Engy is a great asset and a perfect example of outstanding hospitality. The hotel is fabulous in a fantastic bay with water that reminds me of the Maldives. It is run meticulously by a 24‑hour staff, raising the quality of the stay because you feel pampered all the time. Over a week I met many of them and would like to thank everyone, especially Engy Adel, who assisted me even before check‑in by answering all my questions and fulfilling every request about the room location. The Waves team with manager Ahmed and the Corallo Restaurant team with manager Islam always served us with a smile and great professionalism. One note: there is no clothes‑drying rack on the balcony for drying swimsuits.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing and easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptional — the service, hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Enjy Adel from Guest relations the attitude from check-in to check-out was amazing and it made our stay more enjoyable and remarkable. Islam waiter in Waves restaurant and his positive and amazing services and Pasta Chef Asmaa. Every one from gate till beach really was amazing. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and every aspect of the stay was handled perfectly. It’s rare to leave a hotel feeling this impressed, but this experience genuinely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!. Nothing
