The staff were unfriendly.

Daily room cleaning, excellent breakfast. Older facilities, few outlets in the room. Could have more equipment in the gym.

Very good. The WiFi could definitely be better; it's very slow, bad, unusable.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive, yet a five‑star rating only fit the lobby and restaurant; the rooms (I stayed in two) fell short. A receptionist needed training and gave me bathroom slippers instead of bath and face towels, so I had to request towels because the room only had one set. I was moved to another room right after arrival because both power sockets were faulty – one loose with exposed wires and the other “spitting” out my phone charger. Cleanliness was poor, with dust on furniture and old grime on the shower glass and tiles; opening the window revealed a soda can perched on the air‑conditioner, meaning the room had been cleaned with the windows shut – a falling can from the 10th floor could have been dangerous. The bathroom had soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers but no actual soap. The shower tray support was coming apart, the mirror was rusty, the tap fittings were loose, the sink fixtures were oxidised, the sink trap was exposed and dirty, the toilet‑paper holder was about to fall, and the ceiling panel was misaligned.
