The staff were constantly at our beck and call, providing flawless service, and the chef earned a perfect 10/10 for a delicious dinner and a hearty, superb breakfast; the colonial house was beautifully decorated and the hospitality truly appreciated, though the only downside was the lack of nearby restaurants or eateries, making it a place best enjoyed on its own.

Although the location is a bit remote, the stunning views and the unbeatable friendliness of the staff more than make up for it, even though the room carried a slight musty smell.

All, I adore all in this hotel! Hotel is a private house, and they rent out rooms in it. You feel like a very welcomed guest there! Employees are perfect! They bring you flowers in the room! Hotel is magical! Situated near Damro tea plantations but territory of hotel is better than Damro! Just look at photos! Hotel directly facing kondagala rock! Views are insane! Birds a everywhere, swiiiing, foleers all around! It feels unreal!. Nothing to dislike!!!!!

I recently stayed at Manuel Manor for 3 nights and had a wonderful time despite the unfavorable weather. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and took great care of me. The food was exceptional, with the cook preparing the best meals I had during my stay in Sri Lanka. Overall, I had a great experience and appreciated the warm hospitality.
