The staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel sits in a central location within walking distance of everything, breakfast was included but we had an early‑morning activity booked so they supplied a packed lunch, which was perfect and very accommodating. No complaints at all.

The hotel’s location is extremely central, right in the historic center and just a short walk from the Market Square in Kraków. The rooms are spotless, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent—varied and plentiful, especially the savory options. The staff are very friendly, and the water dispenser on every floor is a nice touch.
