I booked a package that included breakfast, but the staff denied it and removed it from my reservation. The bed was dirty, there was a smoking odor, the Wi‑Fi was terrible, and the chair I was given was broken—overall a very bad experience.

The photo on the hotel’s profile is misleading; it looks like a brand‑new building, but the place is actually an old shop complex with the hotel on the fourth floor. Anyone should remove that photo.

Even after booking, the staff couldn’t locate my reservation and forced me to book another room at an extra cost. Once the issue was supposedly resolved, they started giving excuses for why the extra money hadn’t been refunded, and it’s been 15 days with no refund.
