The room was large and lovely, breakfast was excellent, and the location was ideal for exploring Inverness and the surrounding area; Margaret and Sandy made us feel very welcome. I’d stay again and recommend.

“Absolute perfection!”

From the moment we arrived, the place felt like a second home, especially the cozy living‑room‑style area where we could read and chat with friends. The food was incredible—after leaving, I tried to recreate the porridge and the entire spread at home. Margaret was a delight, going above and beyond to keep us fed and comfortable. We’ll definitely come back. The only downside was that we didn’t stay long enough to experience the full grandeur; it was that amazing, and I’m not exaggerating.

Amazing hosts, greeted us as we walked in and showed us the room and facilities which were all above standard. We had a few questions about the local area which they were happy to answer which helped us massively. Breakfast was delicious, service was amazing with any assistance being met. The location was easy to find and there was a supermarket around the corner as well as eating spots. Parking was open and there is enough for you park, enter and leave your vehicle. I can't praise this place enough and if we are back here again we will be booking again!
