The spot is convenient for the park, the kitchen is equipped and clean, and the host is friendly and helpful. The area feels a bit inconvenient, the bathroom lacked a bidet, and the mattress was very uncomfortable.

“Cómodo lejos del centro, pero muy básico”

The bed was comfy and the room had just been renovated. The bathroom is quite small but new, there’s air‑conditioning and a tiny balcony overlooking the street. The location isn’t spectacular, but it’s away from the centre’s chaos and close to the Valle dei Templi. The kitchen is well‑equipped so you can cook and save money. There’s no washing machine, and personal toiletries were missing for the shower (only an unlabeled liquid was in the tap, hard to tell what it was). The place is only convenient if you drive; parking is tough and you have to hunt for a spot on the street.

“Tidy place to stay”

Everything was well organized and had what you need. The room was neat, the bathroom worked perfectly (the lack of a bidet didn’t bother me). The kitchen had a fridge with labels for each room and a stove top that lights with a lighter—takes a bit to learn. A thick roll of paper towels was a nice touch. The only warning: Signore Cesare is busy and isn’t always at the property to hand out keys. I was lucky the front door was open and another guest let me in and called the host, so it’s best to call him ahead of time.

Parking was convenient. When checking in no one was there! I had to make an international call myself, and the room had a noticeable odor.

“Cómodo”

The room is pretty spacious with a good kitchen. It’s a bit far from the centre.
