We really liked it. The room was nice, the breakfast tasty, and the location great. The house’s fairy, a very warm host, made us feel at home. We were two people sharing the studio, which was cozy, clean, and well equipped – we lacked nothing. The balcony view was fantastic. We felt very comfortable and will definitely return. Thank you very much. The time just flew by too quickly.

The view of the mountains was wonderful, it was quiet, yet centrally located. The host was super warm. The highlight for me were the tasty tea blends in the morning and the “Morning Post.” Everything was made with love! We felt very comfortable!

Sabine is a warm host who goes out of her way for guests and makes a lot of things possible. Her affectionate notes each morning, the varied breakfast treats, and the teas she creates herself were more than a delight to the palate – a feeling of joy to start the day. From the beginning we felt comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. The idea of keeping rooms free from Wi‑Fi and TV even made us rethink our priorities. It’s never a must‑have for us when booking a holiday, but not having it at all feels freer. Even though we could have watched something, we didn’t need it. Thanks for that. Warm regards to the house spirits and Filou. One time it rained, but we had already climbed the Watzmann, and Berchtesgaden looks nice even in the rain.

Very friendly host Sabine always had an ear and was there for us. A tasty breakfast with charming morning mail. The location was perfect – quiet, not on the main street, but the bus stop was just a short walk away. The pension feels a bit hidden (right in the mountain slope), because the street numbers are somewhat confusingly spread out.

Great view, very nice and accommodating, but I’m not really an eco‑freak.
