The place was very clean and the service was genuinely excellent; I just wish there were a self‑service laundry facility.

The food was tasty, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. In the morning avocado toast, we found a piece of hard plastic; we fed that to our child too. The staff apologized but didn’t offer a refund for the dish, nor any compensation. Overall, the impression was mediocre.

I sent an email, wrote a note in the box to contact them and request a refund for serious health reasons, but no one ever responded. I also emailed the medical certificate, still no reply! For you, 400 euros is nothing, but for me it’s half a salary—abysmal.
