The TV didn't work and the staff never checked on it during my 7‑day stay.

I couldn’t get any sleep before 04:30 am because the bed in room 403, which sits right next to the GREEN MANGO club, kept shaking. After two nights I managed to move to a quieter side of the hotel, but I still ended up changing hotels and now I’m demanding a prompt refund for my reservation; I’ve already let the booking site know.
