I was really looking forward to staying at this eco-lodge, and I loved the idea of a small, full-service hotel with only 16 rooms. However, our experience was a letdown from start to finish. When we arrived, we were surprised to find an empty facility with no staff in sight, which was particularly shocking given that it's a 16-room hotel.
