The environment is very organized and clean, easy access and everything practical. I had an issue with the room’s air conditioning, called the number given, but it was an AI and the problem wasn’t fixed, nor was there any follow‑up. I imagine at least one on‑call person should handle such incidents.

The location was great, the room was big, comfortable and clean. We ran into a few hiccups, but Rodrigo was super quick and helpful! The outside area looked gorgeous—too cold for us to use, but it’ll be amazing in summer.
