The stay was short but perfect! The property is very beautiful, clean, spacious, and offers a magnificent view. A special thanks to Alessandro for his great kindness and availability. We’ll definitely come back!

The location, the room, the breakfast and the cleanliness were all excellent. If we visit Fermo again, we’ll come back. The staff and Mr. Alessandro were very kind, and there were no issues.

I expected a wider selection at breakfast; it was only sweet items, so I had to ask for some cheese and bread. I would lower the price when a customer requests fewer than four beds in the room.

Breakfast was good, and the host’s courtesy and friendliness were excellent—friendly and ready to help with anything. The pool access is inconvenient.

Great facility with an excellent breakfast! Alessandro and Alessandra were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Nothing to add.
