“10/10 perfect spot for adults in Ibiza”

The hotel is upscale without being overly flashy, which matters to me. The room design is gorgeous, everything is tastefully decorated and kept to the highest standard. Aesop soaps and lotions are included, along with a huge selection of room amenities that no one wants to bring in a suitcase (there was even a hair straightener!). Housekeepers visit in the evening to see if you need anything extra. There are several pools and lovely outdoor spaces to relax in. And of course, we can’t forget Lucy at the front desk—her warm smile and genuine interest in guests are priceless. The only downside was that our stay was too short and had to end.

The hotel is new and very well situated. It has a large structure with many common areas, and the room is comfortable and spacious. The floor cleaning wasn’t the best. We had a problem with the room’s air‑conditioner that wasn’t handled transparently, and it took a while to move us to another room. The service could be a bit better for a hotel of this level.
