Everything was excellent, but the service and facilities left something to be desired.

The location, beautiful rooms, and comfortable beds were great, but the breakfast buffet could use improvement.

The property was very clean, our deluxe king room was modern, and the downtown location was convenient, but the ongoing remodeling made it a bit messy, which is understandable.

The location, internet, beds, remodeling, Jorge’s service at the restaurant, and cleanliness (9/10, though the bathroom has stains) were all perfect; only the elevator was super slow (jajaja, it’s old), but the remodel makes everything look great; the buffet could use some improvement.
