The front desk clerk was amazing. The reservation didn’t transfer to the hotel’s reservation system, so there wasn’t a room available that matched the one reserved, but the clerk managed to get us a workable room.

The office is open 24 hrs. The only issue was that there wasn’t a stove or lamps.

AC worked well, but there was an extra unexpected deposit, the non‑smoking room still had a hint of smoke and felt stuffy, the TV was broken, the table was sticky, the bathroom faucet was faulty, and it took several tries to shut off the cold water because it was “stuck” open.

The sheets were badly stained and the place looked used, needing a lot of tidying up.
