We really liked the courtesy, attention, and friendliness of the staff, who were always very attentive. The food, though simple, was tasty and well prepared. The chalets were clean and cozy, giving a pleasant stay. Being close to nature, the calm of the place, and the ability to bring our pet made the experience even more special. I would like to offer two suggestions for improvement. First, accessing the restaurant is difficult on rainy days because part of the path is dirt, making it hard for guests to get there. Second, information about fishing is misleading: the hotel’s promotion says guests can pick up fishing gear—rods, hooks, bait—at the restaurant, but when we asked, we were told those items were no longer provided. We had all the equipment at home but chose not to bring it because we trusted the information. Updating this information would avoid inconveniences and frustrations for guests. These are just constructive comments; overall we had an excellent experience.

The space was very welcoming and relaxing, exactly what I was looking for—I loved the meals and the care and attention from the staff. The horse riding pass was missing.

The chalet was spacious, comfortable and clean, surpassing expectations. However, privacy, cleanliness, and comfort were lacking.
