“Baixo custo se torna aceitável.”
The location is good, close to nice restaurants, but the room cleaning was terrible.

I stayed in a room that was infested with roaches and the floor was wet.

The desk staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed; our room was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable, giving us a quiet night. We skipped breakfast because we had other family plans, though we checked it out and it looked very nice with plenty of options. The only thing we didn’t like was that the bed pillows were rather small, so I brought my own; we also had to ask for a couple more towels, so maybe stock more than two going forward.

I heard in the group chat that the hotel’s employees talk about how I love stains on the sheets, and I’m telling you now that if I ever did that I would have come and told them I had an accident; I’m upset about this and I’ll never stay at your place again!

Everything was perfect, but there were a few minor issues.
