The sandwiches were good. The room lock was broken.
The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, it was also super noisy. The room was a bit of a letdown - it was small and not exactly spotless, which was a bit of a bummer. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and tried their best to help, even when I checked in late. However, their service was a bit patchy, and it took a while to get some basic things sorted out.
