The service, facilities, location, and everything else were excellent. The only issue was that hot water from the shower took a long time to arrive, and several others had the same problem, but otherwise everything was great.

The staff were genuinely friendly, and they even let us hang out in the main lounge after we checked out, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that the bathrooms are located outside, so you have to brave the cold to use them. It got pretty chilly out there, so that was a bit uncomfortable.

The place felt big and spotless, and the people there were pleasant enough to make it feel welcoming. There were plenty of showers and bathrooms, all with hot water, which was convenient.
