Very good hotel. The staff were excellent and very helpful. It was neat, clean, and very centrally located, away from all the busy touristy areas. We walked around to many places, and there were plenty of shopping and food options close by. Xavier from the front desk helped with booking Sargada tickets because the official website didn’t have any available for our dates. Everything was great, except the pillows were very soft and there were no other options.

The hotel smelled great and the staff were very friendly. The shower, though very nice and luxurious, didn’t provide much water.

The staff were so nice—from the luggage guy to the receptionist—all helpful and smiling all the time.
