The staff were very helpful, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. The air‑conditioning unit was right above my bed and the window wouldn’t open, so we were moved to another room on the second night where the window could be opened.

The spot is great, breakfast choices were decent, and the staff—especially Joe at check‑in—were super friendly and helpful, even pointing us toward a gig we’d be attending. The 24‑hour food and drink service is amazing, which is a relief after a night out. If I’m back in Leeds, I’ll definitely book again.

The aesthetic and interior design feel great, especially in the lobby and restaurant area. Every staff member I met was amazing and professional, serving with a warm smile. However, there are no land phones in the rooms and the heating isn’t working properly, so the room was quite cold.
