“Bellissimo!”

Everything was perfect: the location was spot‑on, the cleanliness immaculate, and the organization flawless—nothing left to chance. I booked for myself, my husband, and our wedding witnesses, and they were thrilled; we even received a complimentary bottle of champagne with glasses and snacks in the room. Daily cleaning was consistently excellent, truly magnificent. On the downside, I expected a better dinner buffet; the quantity was fine—there were never empty trays and everything was well stocked—but the food itself didn’t earn a top score.

The location was good, the staff lovely, and the hotel absolutely gorgeous. The rooms, however, could have been cleaned better each day; water wasn’t left out and cups weren’t removed from the room, among other small oversights.

“Reposant impeccable”

The housekeeping and front‑desk staff were incredibly friendly, dedicated, smiling and helpful—truly perfect. The restaurant side felt off, probably due to management; servers kept jumping on empty plates, made no effort with language, seemed impatient, except for one who prepared diabetic‑friendly desserts, always smiling and kind, like an angel. The lifeguard was also very kind, devoted, and the pool water was wonderfully soft and impeccably clean. The dining area and its team were really burdensome, especially the service, while the kitchen and its cook were excellent, very friendly and welcoming.
