The room was very quiet, perfect for a good rest, everything new and very clean. It’s well located, close to everything, yet in a peaceful neighborhood. The whole staff was super friendly and attentive, and Laura recommended a lot of great spots. When I return to Madrid I’ll hope to stay here again.

The room was comfortable and had everything needed to rest, a comfy bed, a bathroom with all necessities and a shower, a big TV. We stayed for two days and each day we were given clean towels and everything needed to freshen up. Quiet, no noise, and there are many bars and restaurants nearby for dinner. You don’t see anyone in the hotel; there’s no reception, everything is done online before you arrive, and when you get there you go straight to your room—no check‑in time wasted. The only downside was that it was a bit hard to locate the hotel, but with Google Maps you can find the address easily.

The room was immaculate and well organized, but there were no towels, no duvet or blanket for the cold. They let me leave my suitcases before check‑in, but the address they provide leads to an entrance that’s not very accessible if you have luggage. The taxi dropped me off there, and fortunately a staff member pointed out that I had to go all the way around the building to access a ramp. I never saw anyone because they leave a key in a box that you open with a code; while you do that, the lights flicker on and off, which feels very stressful, but it’s manageable. What bothered me was that they later wrote to me saying they couldn’t find any towels, even though they never put them there. The access was the only negative.

The staff let us drop off our luggage early, the room was very clean, and the property is relatively close to central Madrid, making it convenient and walkable. The room is a bit small, which was expected, so it’s not a huge downside but still worth noting.
