The staff were attentive and the meals were good. The room had a stale, unventilated smell, and I wish the volcanic hot spring had been promoted more strongly. Being my first time, I didn’t understand the process and rushed in after breakfast to make the 9 am deadline; perhaps the evening would have been less hurried.

The location was fantastic and the unique dome house gave a special feeling you can’t find elsewhere. Unfortunately, the outdoor bath was spoiled by dead insects floating in the water, which ruined the experience.
