The room is nice and spacious, but there is no air‑conditioning. Room Rolf Sievert has only one window that opens about 50 cm. It was already extremely hot when I arrived, and even with the window open the air stayed in the room, making sleep impossible. No fan was available.

The building is great and has been well restored, but the rooms under the roof were 33 °C, and the air‑conditioning was missed. The unit in the room that was supposed to cool it never got below 28 °C and is so loud that you can’t sleep at night because of the noise or the heat. In other seasons I would have given it 9 out of 10.

After Booking didn’t respond to my complaint, I’m trying again here. We booked a holiday apartment but didn’t get access. The cost for a hotel room without a kitchen (luckily in the hotel across the street) isn’t refunded. We didn’t want to stay in the hotel! Booking has now discontinued the AI‑based chat communication. Multiple promises that an employee would contact me were not kept. Juice shop. Regards, Gerald Jordan
