“Good value for money but definitely more of a 4 star hotel”
The property’s earthy design makes you feel like you’re living in ancient times, with furniture and a balcony that mimic historic architecture. However, despite being a 5‑star hotel, the valet wasn’t available all the time and you had to park at the back or elsewhere if the parking was full; there were few reserved spots. Staff punctuality was lacking. We were in a hurry for the next day’s flight and the breakfast officially began at 7:30, so we tried to grab something early, but it wasn’t ready until 8:15. Also, the gym was unusable.
