“Poteva andare meglio”

The location is definitely great and the staff handling breakfast—breakfast included—were good. However, the room we knew was a loft was actually cramped and hard to move around in. The furniture was damaged and the bathroom was difficult to use. There was a lack of communication between reception staff and us guests. Overall, the property felt neglected.

“Chiaramente il soggiorno non ci ha soddisfatto e non torneremo”

I woke up to a decent breakfast, but the attic rooms were unbearable and the problem‑handling was subpar. The description on booking sites should match reality more closely. In most of the room the ceiling was so low that I had to keep crouching. The worst part was the bathroom: the shower lacked a proper enclosure and was so low that I couldn’t stand while washing. We asked straight away for a different room, but they said there were no options except another barely livable attic without an in‑room bathroom. We still chose that one to be able to wash more easily, even though we had to leave the room and walk down the corridor. Because it was a double and not a triple, they made us sleep three in a double bed, claiming it was impossible to move our 13‑year‑old daughter’s stroller, so she slept in the middle of us… Their solution, offered with a somewhat annoyed attitude, was to keep both rooms but with a significant price increase.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were attentive and friendly.

The location was convenient and the staff were kind and helpful. The downside was that the bathroom, being detached, had no air conditioning and it got very hot.
