The room was simply furnished, centrally located, and because of the noise you couldn’t sleep with the window open, though that didn’t bother us too much. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. The reception and breakfast area staff were very friendly. We felt comfortable. Things that could have been better: a handhold for safe entry and exit from the fairly high bathtub; the breakfast room is quite small, often crowded and loud, and sometimes missing items (even plates); a kettle in the room for a quick coffee would be nice; minor bathroom issues, such as the toilet flush cover falling off several times.

The location is great—just a short walk from the station and close to lovely restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the reception and halls were modern and clean. The room and bathroom were small, and the shower door wouldn’t close, so water kept splashing onto the floor.

The staff were great, everything was clean and comfy. Our flight landed early, before breakfast, so they handed us some take‑away snacks, very thoughtful. Nothing else to mention.
