“Absolute fail on all levels”

I booked the place, got to the address, but couldn't reach the host by phone or text for the entry code. I ended up asking a staff member at the building to call the host, and they said there was no room for me at all. They sent me a different address—back to where I had taken the Uber from. Not happy, communication was awful.

The location changed, but it wasn’t bad. Host Amin was a great guy who helped me with the room, accommodation, and communication. Communication was a bit off.

The room I booked turned out to be in a totally different spot, and it was messy and dirty.

“Traumatic initially, then finally ok”

We finally got a clean, tidy room, but the address was wrong. It wasn’t 26 Gladstone Rd; it was a different place a good distance away. We only found out after arriving at Gladstone Rd at 11 pm in a strange city. Thankfully we had a taxi.
