The place was nice, the bathroom was spacious and well‑appointed, the bed was soft, and the pillows were fluffy. Everything was good.

Nothing positive. I visited the location for the first time, posted a photo of the property that turned out to be fake, and after hours of searching I arrived to find no rooms available. I wondered why there was a pre‑booking. Later they assigned me to another branch—initially they denied it, then they rudeness when I mentioned my booking, and still charged extra. The room was full of ants, the water heater was short (current passing through it), not clean, and full of dust. If the scale had a minus sign, I would have given -10.
