“Mauvaise”
It was terrible… not clean… it doesn't match the images on the site.
“Zazitkove ubytovani”
The staff were friendly and the location was good. The accommodation was not clean. We are not picky, but basic cleanliness of the room and shared facilities should be a given. Stale doors, cabinets, nightstands, and a single shared bathroom—doors to the bathroom weren’t locked, the shower door didn’t close, and the towel rack at the corner was falling apart, as if a herd of pigs had passed. Dust everywhere and an uninviting smell. The dining area was also unhygienic. Breakfast offered packaged croissants, mini packaged sweets, salty dried fruit, butter, melted cheese, jam, and a sugary ball in a stale dispenser. The coffee was not good at all.

The front desk offered only a little help and seemed reluctant to do anything, probably just lazy. The place was awful—everything was dirty, and the room cost 65 €, yet I wouldn’t even pay 10 €. The sheets were filthy and had hair on them. The toilet was separate, which was fine, but the overall smell was terrible. There was no air conditioning. A can of something was left behind the wardrobe (someone had urinated in it), so I moved it to the bathroom. It was a nightmare.
The room was unhygienic, as were the showers and toilets. The receptionist smoked and tried to moralize me. I live in Belgium and arrived there, a friend came at 4 pm to take me to see the city, but the receptionist refused entry. I didn't appreciate that.

The area is dangerous, there's no parking, and paid parking costs 40 euros for 24 hours.
