The hotel sits in a good spot, offers a great breakfast, helpful staff, and free parking, yet the recent renovation means the corridors are noisy because of the flooring, extra linens and towels are hard to get, the room I arrived in was missing bathroom rugs that the front desk couldn't provide, the bedding was inadequate with a torn mattress, and the room offers no privacy if you open the window because it faces another room and hotel neighbors, forcing you to keep the curtain closed at all times.
