Almost everything was perfect: the place was stunning, the room spacious, clean, and comfy, just steps from the city palace and Hawa Mahal; the request‑system worked flawlessly, and we loved staying there and would definitely return. The only gripe was the breakfast: no egg option, stale cornflakes, and the drip coffee was mediocre; the shower water never got very warm, but with the hot weather we didn’t mind much. Overall, this place is awesome.

The rooms are nice and clean, and the location is central. However, for the price there was not much offered beyond a clean room; the breakfast was average, the bed was too soft, and the street the hotel sits on is just horrible.

The hotel is spectacular, with great comfort and food, and the staff welcomed us and were very attentive. The bed was the thing we liked most.

“Smile can change everything!”

Someday it will be amazing; the location is good, the renovation is solid, and the place has its own vibe. The service, however, shows the staff clearly lack an idea of hospitality.
