I was shocked when the staff literally insulted me and took my eyes on check‑in.
The place is clean and cozy, with a nice renovation.

The hotel feels brand‑new, has its own parking, shops nearby and the metro is just a short walk away, and it covers the basics quite well; the ladies at reception are pleasant and very helpful. Still, three things left me baffled: first, why is there a deposit? If something gets stolen, you need that paperwork for the police. Second, why must guests pay extra for the bedding when the hotel never mentions it? It feels more like a train service where you keep being offered tea and waffles. Third, why are guests the ones making the beds? This is a hotel, not a hostel.

For the past two years every time I come to Kyiv I stay at Nesvit. They still maintain a high level of quality and service. For me it’s hotel number one!
