“They need to address the reception staffs working nature in handling the guests”

Good location, other then this not upto the standard of Radisson Blu other branches. Staff response is very poor particularly request to supply water bottles from them 4 times from 8pm to 11.45pm but they never provided until checked out , expect security guards those worked with in night shifts very helpful
