“Great spot, weak breakfast”
The location was spot on, right on the beach, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired—flavor was weak and the spread was minimal. Still, the view made up for it.
“Beautiful beachside stay”
The hotel sits on a gorgeous beach with direct access, and the restaurant faces the sea—amazing! Everything ran smoothly, service was top‑notch, and the food at both breakfast and dinner was delicious. I couldn’t find any faults.
“Great service, but bad reservation experience”
The recreation, beach service, restaurant, and reception teams were all great, and the common areas were solid; the location is ideal for families. However, the reservations team was less transparent: two days before arrival they offered a downgrade to a Deluxe room at the same price, claiming the Villa was under maintenance. I felt the switch was unfair without compensation, and the Deluxe didn’t match the Villa’s quality, so I ended up disappointed.
