The soundproofing was decent and the restaurant staff were friendly, but the bedding was just the red velvet throw shown in the photo, not fully covered by a duvet cover; when it was removed there was nothing to cover the bed. The red throw felt like a material not meant for washing, and since many people used it directly on their bodies, my family found it disgusting. The bathroom towels looked worn and old, raising concerns about cleanliness. The water dispenser was only available on the 2nd‑floor restaurant.
