“Not comfortable”
Good location. The bed sheets weren’t changed from the previous stay, the place was dirty, the sound from the road was very loud, and we were given the wrong address.

I had to keep looking for another hotel. I couldn’t get into my room because my key card wouldn’t work, and there was plastic on the mattress in a restaurant!

The room had a wireless charger and was clean. There was no hot water, a terrible smell from the AC or outside, no staff present, and check‑in and check‑out could only be done over the phone; the price didn’t match the service.

I stayed in this apartment for 6 days, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty with a lot of dust, the linens and towels were stinky and stained, and the door didn’t even lock. I tried to speak with the girl who checked me in, but she didn’t understand a single word I said. I called the number on the Booking app to complain and ask for a refund because I didn’t want to stay there anymore, but the person I spoke to said a refund wasn’t possible. The room itself is very poorly made; if you look closely at the details, everything is in terrible condition. The shower drain was stuck and very stinky (see pictures attached). Now, let’s talk about the noise. This place is located right above a Japanese restaurant. I saw a lot of complaints about the noise from the restaurant at night. Thankfully, it was closed during my stay for a yearly vacation, but right next to it, there’s a 24/7 weed shop. This shop was an absolute nightmare because the room is so poorly insulated that you can literally hear everything happening on the street. I had to call the shop in the middle of the night several times, asking them to shut up because they kept waking me up. To conclude: Don’t ever stay at this place, no matter how attractive the price might seem.

Very bad experience, I would not recommend staying here. The owner and the customer center do not communicate well with each other. Bad location; there is a Japanese restaurant downstairs and the customers would talk and scream at night. When I arrived at 9 am (check‑in at 12 pm) I asked if I could drop my luggage in the hotel because I didn't want to drag it around in Bangkok to wait for my check‑in. I called the hotel customer center and asked, and he said no. Later I asked in the Booking app chat and the owner of the hotel said yes as I had already dragged my luggage far away. Also, there is so much noisy sound around in the hotel area that I would not recommend it.
