The rooms were spacious, the pool area was lovely, the on‑site restaurant was convenient, and the surrounding grounds were beautiful. However, I should have been assigned a ground‑floor room as stated in my booking; when I checked my reservations and called the front desk, they offered me a ground‑floor room, but we already had all our luggage in the room and the alternative room was on the opposite side of the property. There is only one elevator, located right outside the lobby, and the luggage carts are smaller than those at other motels.
