I had a pleasant stay at the AN Hotel Milano Melegnano. The family room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom featured a large shower and a smart TV, both of which impressed us. The location near the highway is convenient, plus there are free parking spots and nearby shopping options. The hotel bar offers good drinks and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. On the downside, the room’s cleanliness could have been better; it was somewhat dusty, especially on certain surfaces. We also found the storage options for a family room a bit limited—there was no proper wardrobe for clothes and luggage, only a small coat rack at the entrance, which felt a bit insufficient for a family stay. Overall, it wasn’t a major issue, but there’s room for improvement.

Parking was convenient and easy to use, and the on‑site security was solid. The reception team was a real highlight—warm, welcoming, and genuinely guest‑oriented. Unfortunately, the room itself was a big letdown: it was dusty, the corners clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and the towels were frayed at the edges. The shower was dirty and poorly maintained, with visible rust on the fittings. The room feels neglected and urgently needs renovation and replacement of the rusted parts.

Cleanliness, room size, super friendly staff, parking, and the size of the hotel were all great. The rooms were sparsely furnished, and the safe needed a new battery.
