The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or needs I had, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable; I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness throughout my time there.

The location is good and the value for money is great, but the lack of an elevator was a hassle.

The hotel is well located in the city centre of Šabac, the room and bed are comfortable, the place is clean, the personnel are friendly, and there is parking available; I highly recommend it.

Overall, I was very satisfied; the hotel is right in the city, the room is adequate and has everything needed, though the bathroom could be a bit cleaner, probably because of the old furniture.
