The canal views were nice, but there was no nighttime dining even if minimal, the staff seemed a bit disheartened as if they were at home, the bed was very hard and the pillow too low, so I didn’t sleep well.

The cleanliness, staff, comfort, and calm were excellent, yet there was no door handle to exit from the balcony into the room.

The welcome was very good, and being in the city centre close to the beach is a plus because everything is within walking distance. It’s a pity that the room lacks a kettle and an espresso machine even though this is a 4‑star hotel. The rooms aren’t very sound‑proof; you can hear other guests in the adjacent rooms and people in the corridor.
