“A modern, reasonably priced accommodation choice in Pisa”

We spent one night at Luna Guesthouse, a modern, spotless hotel just a two‑minute walk from the station. The rooms are larger than normal, with a quality bed, a big bathroom, and excellent towels and linen. There’s also a small communal room with tea and proper coffee making, a microwave, and seating. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and professional. We had a duplicated booking issue, but they answered our late‑night call right away and fixed it on the spot. The walls are thin, so there’s some noise as guests settle in, but it was all sorted by the end of the evening. I would recommend this lovely accommodation. The only surprise was the room confusion, but it was resolved promptly with excellent communication.

The room was roomy and spotless, and the place sits conveniently near the train station, with restaurants and shops within walking distance, offering good value for the price. On the downside, the host didn’t reply quickly to messages; after arriving, I rang the doorbell repeatedly and had to wait twenty minutes for someone to answer, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room.

“Tutto ok”

The host was very kind and the single room had a huge bathroom. However, the area around the station feels really scary at night; just 100 metres out, two non‑EU men—one on a bike—approached me and I was terrified. It’s no longer safe to walk around Pisa after dark, and even though this might be the closest spot to the station, the neighborhood isn’t livable at night.

The room and staff were all perfect. At 5 am, the room felt as if it was inside the outside noises, and at night, I could hear all the sounds from the neighboring rooms.
