The front desk and room‑service manager were excellent, but the staff overall need improvement. They did a good job with the morning greeting, but breakfast was poor. When I asked for coffee, a guy in a black T‑shirt pointed me to someone else, yet I saw him serving another guest. Only one staff member in the evening, who looked Chinese, was friendly and helpful. He mentioned the available menu to me. I prefer last year’s staff and the quality of service.

I liked the lobby and reception area, but the washroom area needs better monitoring by housekeeping before guests enter.

The staff were really good, friendly and helpful. The food is great and the place is clean, but the bathroom shower area should have a drop floor so water does not overflow when showering.

The biriyani was tasty and the staff were polite, but the room and bathroom were filthy—stained pillow covers, bedsheets, and damaged table drawers, a rusty shower tap, dusty floor patches, and soap with tiny hair strands.
