The location is fantastic, and because it’s a family hotel it carries that charm. We loved the dining concept—totally hassle‑free and the food was more than good! I would have appreciated the option to brew tea or coffee in the room myself.

The surroundings are wonderful, the staff is super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are pretty nice and the food is tasty. Great parking and an electric‑car charger are a bonus. Nothing else, maybe the beds felt a little firm, but otherwise everything was perfect.

We loved everything! The hotel is perfectly placed just a few steps from the ski runs and the charming village centre (and only a 10‑minute drive from Châtel), yet set a little higher so it’s completely quiet and not on the road, with breathtaking mountain views. The owner goes out of his way to make us feel at home, the heated pool and jacuzzi are superb, the ski storage is monitored by cameras, there’s parking and even electric‑car charging stations. The value for money is unbeatable.

A good hotel, the spa is available, the people are friendly, and the facilities are solid—ski storage, parking, clean, hygienic. For the price I expected a bit more. There’s no coat rack in the room, cardboard cups for your toothbrush… everything feels a little simple. Open Wi‑Fi makes working a bit tough with current rules for some companies. Breakfast is a bit late if you want to be early for skiing in Châtel.
