The little apartment in Kleinarl was cozy and just what I needed for a relaxing break. Being an hour’s walk from Jagersee was a real plus – the lake is beautiful. The owner of Appartementhaus Elmo was incredibly nice, which rounded off a solid experience.

The balcony offered an unbeatable view, and the kitchen had everything you’d need to cook after a day on the trails. A tiny indoor pool was perfect for cooling down after the hikes, and the owner was always ready to lend a hand.

My partner and I can’t get enough of this place – the view is stunning, the apartments are well equipped, and there’s a cute playroom with a table‑tennis table for the kids. The little wellness area with sauna, steam bath and red‑light cabin is a nice bonus, and Simone runs the pension with a warmth that makes you feel at home. We’re back for the second time this summer and it already feels like a second home. Nothing to complain about.
