The staff were welcoming, the homestay family cooked delicious meals, the bungalows were creative and lovely, and the private Ha Giang tour with Green Hills was great with a very good driver, beautiful views, and comfortable lodging; I recommend Green Hills for anyone seeking a more intimate or smaller Ha Giang loop experience with nice accommodation, a shower every night, and professional, easy riders.

It was inexpensive, friendly, and helpful; the room was warm in the cold weather, spacious, and clean, though the beds were not soft; the hostel organized motorbike tours, making the location very convenient for starting a tour, and night buses were arranged with drop‑off and pick‑up at the door; when one of us fell ill, the staff rearranged buses and accommodation.
